Healing isn't about forgetting the past; it's about reclaiming your power and writing a new story with intention and self-compassion. I support individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, substance use, and major life transitions. My role is to guide you with curiosity, compassion, and evidence-based tools. In therapy, we'll examine patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and build emotional resilience to support meaningful, lasting change. You don't have to do this alone; growth begins the moment you choose yourself and commit to healing, peace, and emotional well-being. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), evidence-based approaches that support clients in managing emotions, shifting unhelpful thinking patterns, and building healthy coping skills. These therapies are especially effective for challenges like anxiety, depression, boundary setting, and emotional regulation. I take a holistic, client-centered approach- integrating mind-body connection, lifestyle influences, and core values. Each session is tailored to support clarity, confidence, and emotional balance. Whether you're in survival mode or seeking deeper purpose, therapy can reconnect you to your authentic self.

ELENA GONZALEZ

Change is constant in life. We all experience change, sometimes negatively, through either circumstances, events, losses, trauma, hardships, or turmoil, to name a few. We can also experience change in a positive aspect that leads to healing, nurturing, wins, gains, momentum, resilience, and strength. But what lies between the two is choosing how to respond to change, whether it is happening now or has happened in the past, and that can be difficult to maneuver through on our own. We all deserve to be heard, understood, guided, and listened to, which is what I get the pleasure of doing for others. My work is grounded in evidence-based and trauma-informed care, with a psychodynamic and cognitive/behavioral, holistic approach that prioritizes the therapeutic relationship as a core vehicle for healing. I value working with others and taking into consideration their individual biological, psychological, and social aspects to better understand and help them. I work with all the identities, backgrounds, feelings, thoughts, neurodivergence, addictions, moods, and emotions that life has to offer. I strive to create a safe, collaborative, and culturally attuned space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore growth and change. I will work with anyone who is willing to work with themselves. I am excited to do the work together if you join me.
