Caring Conversations Center, LLC ("Caring Conversations Center," "we," "us," or "our") operates this public website. It provides information about our mental health practice and ways to inquire about services. References to our team include clinicians, supervised clinicians, interns, support staff, contractors, and representatives acting for the practice, as applicable. These terms govern use of this website.
1. Using the website
By using this website, you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may contact the practice by phone for information or assistance. Reading the website, submitting an inquiry, or requesting an appointment does not by itself establish a therapist-client relationship. We will confirm whether we can provide services and how care may begin.
2. General information and availability
Website articles and service descriptions provide general information, not an individual evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation. They are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Services, clinicians, locations, insurance participation, and appointment availability may change. We provide telehealth only when a clinician is legally permitted to serve a client in the client’s location and telehealth is appropriate for that client. An appointment request is not a confirmed appointment.
3. Emergencies
Do not use this website, its forms, or email for an emergency or urgent clinical need. Messages may not be reviewed immediately. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. In the United States, you may call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Existing clients should follow the emergency instructions provided by their clinician.
4. Website forms and contact
Use general Wix forms for the nonclinical purposes shown on each form, such as a website question or newsletter subscription. Please do not enter symptoms, treatment history, insurance information, or other sensitive health details in a general Wix form. Use the designated SimplePractice inquiry and Client Portal features for care-related information. Provide accurate contact information and submit information about another person only when authorized.
5. Permitted and prohibited use
You may view the public website and share links to its pages for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. Do not impersonate another person, harass others, send spam, introduce malicious code, interfere with the site, try to access information without authorization, or copy substantial content through automated means. We may restrict activity that threatens website security or violates these terms as permitted by law.

Original website text, design, graphics, logos, and other protected content belong to Caring Conversations Center or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
