Support Groups

Connect with people who understand what you’re going through. Share experiences, gain perspective, and find support together.

The greatness of a community is most accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members.

You are Not the Only One

Hearing someone describe an experience like yours can help you feel less alone. Support groups bring people together to talk honestly, listen, and learn from one another.

Shared Understanding

Connect with people who recognize the challenges you’re facing.

Honest Conversation

Share what’s on your mind without pressure to pretend everything is fine.

Practical Support

Explore different perspectives and ideas you can use in everyday life.

What Can You Talk About?

Support groups focus on shared experiences and concerns, which may include:

Grief & Loss

Parenting & Caregiving

Life Transitions

Social Anxiety

Emotional Regulation

Trauma & Healing

Men's Mental Wellness

LGBTQ+ Connection

Work Stress & Burnout

Relationship Dynamics

Women’s Empowerment

Confidence & Identity

These are examples, not a complete list. If another kind of group would be meaningful to you, tell us what you have in mind in the interest form below.

Different Stories.
Common Ground.

Your experiences don’t have to be identical to connect with someone. Listening to others can help you see your own situation differently, feel understood, and consider new ways forward.

You can contribute without having everything resolved. The difficult days, small steps, and things you’re still figuring out all have a place in the conversation.

Questions About Support Groups

  • We are actively developing a variety of support groups. Availability may change as interest grows and therapists become available. This page is a place to share your interest, not a list of groups currently open for enrollment.

  • Groups may meet online, in person, or in another format depending on the topic, participant locations, therapist availability, and what would help the group connect comfortably.

  • Fees and insurance eligibility may vary depending on how a group is structured. Before a group begins, interested participants will receive clear information about cost, possible insurance coverage, and what participation includes.

Interested in Joining a Support Group?

Tell us which topics interest you and when you’re available. We’ll contact you when a relevant group has openings.
