I work with young adults, adults, older adults, and couples. I often support anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, pregnancy, postpartum or maternal mental health, relationship difficulties, family conflict, low self-esteem, and major life transitions.

My experiences have shaped my ability to approach others with empathy, cultural humility, openness, and compassion while honoring each person’s unique story. Christianity is part of my background and can be included based on the client’s preference.
