Who I Support
I support individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, life transitions, identity, self-esteem, and professional concerns. I work with adults across the lifespan, including those 65 and older, seeking greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, or support through difficult experiences. My approach creates space for honest reflection and personal growth at each client's own pace, with curiosity and care.
Concerns We Can Explore Together
Anxiety and Worry
Identity Development
Relationship Concerns
Life Transitions
Grief and Trauma
These are examples of what we might explore, not a limit on the conversation. If what you are experiencing is not listed, you are welcome to reach out and ask whether I may be a good fit.
What Working With Me May Feel Like
I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself and speak openly without fear of judgment and blame. I’ll meet you with curiosity and respect while helping you recognize patterns, including self-sabotaging behaviors, that may hinder growth or your self-view. Together, we’ll explore challenges honestly and discover new perspectives for meaningful change.
A Little More About Me
With over 15 years of experience across clinical, academic, and organizational settings, I bring a systemic and relational perspective to my work. I recognize that our experiences, and broader environments shape how we understand ourselves and navigate the world. My work with you will emphasize understanding the system around you and the potential influence of relationships and environments on your thoughts and behaviors.
