Who I Support
I support individuals, couples, and families navigating life transitions, grief and loss, recovery, trauma, anxiety, and ADHD. My approach is holistic and somatic: we breathe, tap, sing, and shout our affirmations. Whether you want clinical care, healing without medication, or both, I'm here for you. Therapy with me is about building the life you actually want to be living. I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
Concerns We Can Explore Together
Grief and Loss
Family Conflict
Relationship Concerns
Self-Esteem and Confidence
Couples and Relationship Support
These are examples of what we might explore, not a limit on the conversation. If what you are experiencing is not listed, you are welcome to reach out and ask whether I may be a good fit.
What Working With Me May Feel Like
Working with me may feel like finally exhaling. I bring genuine curiosity, warmth, and a deep respect for where you are. Our sessions might include breath, tapping, movement, even singing or affirmations, because healing lives in the body too. I want this to feel less like processing and more like breathing room. We'll go deep when it's time, slow when needed, and I'll believe in change even when it feels far away. You won't have to perform here.
A Little More About Me
My background and experiences have shaped a therapist who shows up whole heartedly and without pretense. I'm an MFT trainee under the clinical supervision of Ciara Ward, LMFT, and I hold a graduate certificate in Contemporary Theory in Addictive Behaviors (GPA: 4.0). My approach is rooted in somatic work, mindfulness, and meditation, and I bring a holistic lens to every session. I am proactively growing as a trainee, and I bring that same openness, humility, and curiosity into the room with each client.
