Who I Support
I support individuals, couples, and families who are navigating... trauma, stress, annx or depression and addiction, and the process of rebuilding a life in recovery. Whether you're newly sober, working through relapse, or carrying experiences you've never said out loud, I offer a space to show up as your whole self, no hiding the parts that hurt or the choices you regret. Faith-friendly and eclectic in approach, I help you uncover your strengths and build a path forward that's truly yours.
Concerns We Can Explore Together
Anxiety and Worry
Life Transitions
Depression and Sadness
Self-Esteem and Confidence
Trauma and Stress
These are examples of what we might explore, not a limit on the conversation. If what you are experiencing is not listed, you are welcome to reach out and ask whether I may be a good fit.
What Working With Me May Feel Like
What working with me may feel like: Honest, warm, and unhurried. You won't be pushed to share before you're ready, and you won't be judged for what you bring in. Expect real conversation, not clinical distance; I'll show up with you, not just at you. We'll name the patterns keeping you stuck, lean into the strengths you already have, and move at a pace that respects where you actually are, not where you "should" be.
A Little More About Me
My background and experience have shaped... the way I show up in the room. Nearly seven years in community mental health and crisis work taught me how to sit with people in their hardest moments without flinching. My own recovery since 2008 taught me the rest ; the shame, the fear, and the slow work of learning how to actually live, not just stay sober. Together, that's given me a grounded, honest approach that doesn't shy away from the hard stuff.
