What Working With Me May Feel Like
I prioritize a warm, comfortable environment where you can be yourself while also receiving straightforward feedback and encouragement to grow. Our conversations can be open and supportive without avoiding the hard things. I draw from trauma-informed, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and holistic approaches.
A Little More About Me
I am a Hispanic or Latina woman whose work considers each person’s biological, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual experiences. I value the therapeutic relationship as a central part of healing. When a client wants it included, I am comfortable integrating Christianity into therapy.
