CHANTIRA WATKINS

Chantira Watkins is an Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree from Capella University. She draws from family systems approaches to help individuals, couples, and families move through distress and toward healing. With more than 20 years of experience in the health care field, she brings steadiness, compassion, and hope to every therapeutic relationship.
Chantira supports clients navigating relational challenges and strengthening emotional connections. She works with children (10+), teens, young adults, and adults. Her clinical experience includes anxiety, depression, substance use, communication and conflict resolution, marital issues and infidelity, grief and loss, caregiver and parenting support, life transitions, self‑esteem, and identity development.
